1. Preparation work:

2. Start the device:

6. Cooling (if necessary):
If the process requires cooling after forming, start the cooling system to cool the mold and aluminum profile to fix their shape and performance.
7. Pressure relief:
After the pressure maintenance and cooling are completed, slowly release the pressure to gradually reduce the oil pressure inside the cylinder.
8. Mold opening:
Operate the hydraulic press to raise the movable crossbeam and open the mold.
9. Remove the workpiece:
Carefully remove the formed aviation aluminum profile workpiece and check whether its size, shape, and surface quality meet the requirements.
10. Cleaning and maintenance:
Clean up residual aluminum shavings and debris on molds and workbenches, and perform necessary maintenance and upkeep on equipment, such as checking hydraulic oil levels, lubricating components, etc.
