The metalware cleaning and drying line is a device specially used for cleaning and drying metalware.
I. Working principle
In the cleaning process, methods such as high-pressure spraying and ultrasonic cleaning are usually adopted. Water or specific cleaning agents are used to remove dirt, oil stains and other impurities on the surface of metalware. For drying, methods such as hot air circulation and infrared heating are generally used to quickly evaporate the residual moisture on the surface of the ware and make the ware reach a dry state.

2. Conveying system: such as conveyor belts, which convey metalware through various cleaning and drying stages in sequence.
