Product Overview

A 135 ton stamping line for cookware lids and lid rings. Coiled stainless runs through a servo feeder into progressive die tooling at up to 30 strokes per minute, and finished lids leave on a chute ready for ring assembly or glass fitting.

Packaging & Protection

Coil cradle, press and feeder are wrapped in waterproof film and fixed on steel frames; the control cabinet travels in a moisture proof bag with shock indicators fitted.
