Product Overview

A four station 180 ton line for small cookware such as milk pots and sauce pans. A blank passes draw, redraw, trim and flange in a single 5.5 second cycle, and a cam driven arm carries the part between stations in step with the ram.

Packaging & Protection

Line modules are numbered for reassembly, wrapped in waterproof film and loaded on steel frames; transfer arms ship in separate crates to avoid bending during transport.
