Product Overview

A 220 ton line focused on frying pan and skillet bodies from 200 mm to 320 mm. The ram slows before bottom dead centre so pre coated blanks keep their surface, and the rim is rolled in the same pass that forms the pan wall.

Packaging & Protection

Press and tooling are packed separately: the frame on a steel pallet with waterproof film, and dies in a foam lined case to protect polished forming surfaces.
