Product Overview

A two station 160 ton hydraulic deep drawing line formed around kettle shells. Blank holder pressure is set independently from punch force, so 0.4 mm to 1.2 mm stainless blanks reach 180 mm draw depth without flange wrinkling or tearing at the punch radius.

Packaging & Protection

Frame, bolster and tooling are separated for shipment, protected by anti rust oil and waterproof film, then fixed with steel brackets inside reinforced wooden cases.
